How to use Canva to construct the infographic

Conva is a creative and easy to use online tool for graphical design. You can design poster, book covers,

id cards, logos etc. In this post, I will give you the simple technique to design your infographics for your presentation.

There are various processes of designing infographic in Canva like using the pre design template, design with team collaboration or self-design using with your own creativity.

In this blog, I’m going to tell you the easiest and most reliable technique so that you can make it faster when you are in rush.

So let’s start,

Step 1: Research on your Topic, Target Customer, Key Message and its components

Step 2: Make a list of Key ideas in number of steps

Step 3: Find out Images, Icon or Logos appropriate to the content

Step 4: Now if you are already a Member Login here, if you not yet registered click here and be a member, it is free though!!!

Step 5: Once you login, go to Find Templates option listed on the left side

Step 6: Type Infographics in Search templates space, it will show you list of Infographic Templates

Step 7: Click on one of the Design Selection you like or appropriate to your requirements

Step 8: When you click on one of design of your choice there you will see Use Template button on top right side, just click on it

Step 9: Now you can Edit layouts, Elements like icons/images/graphics, text, background and you can also upload your own image of your choice by selecting one of the options in left

Step 10: Once you complete your design, click on Download option and save file in different file format as you required. Currently there are four option available, JPG, PNG, PDF standards and PDF print

How to insert Canva infographic in your blog post

It is always good to explore your ideas in different form of communication. The infographic is one of the visual aid of communication technique. Now you may wanted to insert your freshly design infographic image in blog. It is simple to do this. For that, go to your blog edit page or where you normally write and post your blog. Then if you want to create a new blog just create it and click on insert image then you will have option to resize, filter, crop etc. for image adjustment. When the blog is ready to use, published it so that everyone can see online. If you don’t want to create new post, then just go to older post and click on edit then click on insert image and follow the instruction as describe before.
